I'm not certain of the procedure for this. A man's come through the Rift; he seems at least familiar with alternate universes and this general sort of thing, and asked a few technical questions I wasn't able to answer. I've referred him to your team, if that's all right.
He introduced himself as Major General Daniel Jackson of the Egyptian Armed Forces.
